Getting startedAdd Relvello to your theme

Add Relvello to your theme

Relvello shows up on your storefront through two theme blocks and one app embed. All three are added in Shopify's theme editor, with no code.

Open the theme editor from Shopify: Online Store › Themes › Customize. Try it on a copy of your theme first if you like. Nothing changes on your live store until you publish the theme.

1. Collection pages

  1. In the template picker at the top of the editor, choose Collections › Default collection.
  2. Click Add section, open the Apps tab, and choose Relvello collection.
  3. Move it to where your product grid sits. If your theme's own product grid is still on the template, hide it so products only appear once.
  4. Click Save.
  1. In the template picker, choose Search.
  2. Add the Relvello search section from the Apps tab, and hide the theme's own search results.
  3. Click Save.

The search block also has Show search box (on by default).

3. Search suggestions

  1. In the theme editor's sidebar, open App embeds.
  2. Turn on Relvello suggestions, then click Save.

Suggestions attach to the search fields your theme already has. Their settings are covered in Search and suggestions.

Check it's working

Visit a collection on your store. Once shoppers start browsing, the dashboard Overview's checklist ticks off Relvello on the storefront. If it says "No storefront activity this week", the blocks aren't on the published theme yet.

Analytics turn on by themselves. Relvello's tracking pixel is set up when your store syncs. There's nothing to add for analytics.
