How sales are credited
An add-to-cart or purchase is credited to Relvello when the shopper clicked that same product in a Relvello collection or search result within the previous 7 days. The credit goes to the last such click.
Sales without a Relvello click are tracked too, uncredited, so you can see Relvello's share of the whole.
Tracking and consent
Relvello's analytics pixel is set up automatically when your store syncs, so there's nothing to install. It runs only for shoppers who allow analytics through your store's consent banner, and it doesn't record names, emails or addresses. See the Privacy Policy for details.
