Connect your store
Install the Shopify app and run your first sync.
Before you start
- Permission to install apps on the Shopify store.
- To add a store to an organization you already have: an Owner or Admin role. Members can't connect stores.
Connect
From Shopify:
- Install Relvello from the Shopify App Store, or open it from your Shopify admin.
- Approve Relvello's access in Shopify.
- Create your Relvello account, or sign in if you have one. Your organization is created and named after your store, and you land on the Overview while the catalog syncs.
From relvello.com:
- Create an account.
- Enter your store's Shopify address, like
your-store.myshopify.com, and click Connect store. - Approve Relvello's access in Shopify, and Shopify sends you back to the Overview.
To add another store later, open Stores, enter its address and click Connect Store. The first sync starts right away, and the Stores page shows its progress, such as "12 of 40 collections".
When the sync finishes, your store shows as Connected, and the Overview page's setup checklist ticks off Catalog on the edge.
What Relvello can access
Relvello asks Shopify for read access to products, inventory, locations, orders and metaobjects, plus permission to run its analytics pixel. It never changes your catalog.
Orders are used for sales totals (product and quantity) that drive ranking and inventory planning. Relvello doesn't use customer names, emails, phone numbers or addresses.
Store statuses
- Connected

Store actions
