What happens if Relvello is down?

Your store keeps working. Every Relvello block first shows Shopify's own products and pagination, and only swaps in Relvello's results once they arrive. If they don't, shoppers simply keep Shopify's.

Does it hurt SEO?

No. Search engines get the same server-rendered Shopify collection pages they always have.

Do I need to change themes or re-platform?

No. Relvello works with your existing Shopify theme through a collection block, a search block and an app embed for search suggestions.

Does Relvello change my products in Shopify?

No. Relvello reads your catalog to serve it faster. It never edits products, collections or prices.
