Each time a shopper loads a collection, runs a search or sees search suggestions, Relvello answers one request. Analytics beacons, our own errors and repeat preflight checks aren't counted. A typical store makes a few requests per visit.
The storefront keeps working. On monthly plans, extra requests cost $100 per million on Starter, $75 on Growth and $50 on Scale, so as a store grows, the next plan up soon costs less. You see usage and the charge so far as it happens under Billing in the dashboard.

Yes: a yearly plan costs ten months' price, so two months are free. It includes the same requests each month, and it's never charged overage; if a store keeps going past its requests, we'll suggest the next plan up.
