Inventory data
Planning runs on three feeds from Shopify: catalog, stock and sales. The Inventory › Data page shows how fresh each one is.
Feeds
| Feed | What it holds | Refreshes |
|---|---|---|
| Catalog | Variants, SKUs, vendors, types and unit costs | Every 24 hours |
| Stock | Available and incoming stock per location | Every 6 hours |
| Sales | Order lines (product and quantity) | Every hour |

Sales history
What's here shows how much data planning has: variants, stock levels, recent order lines and months of sales history.
How far back sales go depends on what Shopify shares with Relvello: the last 60 days of orders by default, and up to two years once Shopify grants Relvello access to all orders. Until sales are available, there are no reorder suggestions and nothing is marked overstock or stale.
Locations
Tick the Shopify locations whose stock should count. Leave out locations you don't sell from, such as a returns warehouse, so they don't hide a shortage.
