Ranking
Ranking decides the order of every collection when shoppers see "Featured". Set it once for the store on the Ranking page; any collection can override it.
What leads each collection
Relvello scores every product on these signals and orders the collection by the total. Each signal is compared within the collection, so the product with the most of it gets the full amount.
- Stock: how much you have to sell.
- Popularity: units sold in the last 30 days.
- New arrivals: how recently the product was added or restocked.
- Revenue: sales revenue in the last 30 days, so a pricier product that sells well counts for more than a cheap one selling the same units.
- Margin: price minus the unit cost you keep in Shopify, as a share of the price. Products with no cost count as the collection's average.
- Conversion: orders per click in your collections and search over the last 30 days.
- Add to cart: add-to-carts per click over the last 30 days. It picks up promising products before they've sold much.
Conversion and add to cart only count shoppers who allowed analytics. A product with only a few clicks counts as the collection's average until it has more, so one lucky click doesn't send it to the top.
Pick a preset to choose how much each one counts:
| Preset | Stock | Popularity | New | Other |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Balanced (default) | 40 | 45 | 15 | — |
| Best sellers first | 20 | 70 | 10 | — |
| New arrivals first | 25 | 25 | 50 | — |
| Deepest stock first | 65 | 25 | 10 | — |
| Most profitable first | 15 | 30 | 10 | Margin 45 |
| Best converting first | 10 | 25 | 10 | Conversion 35, add to cart 20 |
If you set your own weights in Advanced settings, the Custom tile is selected instead.
Always put sold-out products last is on by default. Turn it off only if you want sold-out products ranked like everything else.
Products missing most of their sizes
A product sold out in most sizes still looks available, but it rarely fits the shopper. Turn on Move products missing most of their sizes down and those products go after the ones with their sizes in stock, still ahead of sold-out products.
- A product moves down when fewer than half of its sizes are available. You can change the share in Advanced settings.
- Products with fewer than 3 sizes are left alone.
- Sizes come from an option named Size, or its name in common languages (Taille, Größe, Talla, Taglia...). If your store uses another name, such as Fit, add it under Other size options.
- On a collection shown by color, each color is judged on its own sizes.
Layout
Layout decides whether the ranked order is shown exactly, or mixed a little so shoppers see variety:
- Ranked order (default)
- Products appear exactly in ranked order.
- Gentle mix
- Groups of 8; a product can move up to 1 place within its group; 20% of each group is other product types; reshuffles every 6 hours.
- Fresh all day
- Groups of 4; up to 2 places; 40% other types; reshuffles every 3 hours.
Product cards
Choose whether collections show one card per product, per option value (like each color) or per variant. See Cards by color or variant.

Per-collection overrides
Open Collections, then a collection's Edit link. Under Ordering, each choice can stay Same as the store or use its own preset. The Collections list shows which collections have their own settings.
